27/09 Day 1 – Arrival / Stay in Sevsamore

• 18:50 Arrival at Tbilisi International airport
• Transfer to Sevsamore Resort and Spa Hotel (1hrs)
• 21:00 – A delicious dinner at the winery at Sevasmore. With stunning views of the valley.
• Overnight at the hotel in Sevsamore Resort and Spa Hotel 4*

28/09 Day 2 – Transfer to Kakheti / Excursion to winery museum in Sevsamore/ Jvary monastery/ small Tbilisi city tour/ Stay in Kakheti

• Breakfast at the hotel
• 09:00 Check out from hotel and excurson to the winery museum in Sevsamore (Sevsamore produces organic wines) + wine tasting. 
• We then proceed for Transfer to Kakheti and on the  way we will  visit the  Jvari monastery with a fantastic view of the confluence of rivers. We then driver to Tbilisi  for a short panoramic  city tour.  Within the framework of which you will get acquainted with the old and incredibly beautiful Tbilisi. Our guide will take you to all the important places of the capital of Georgia.

One more stop before we arrive to Kahetia to visit  Giuaani winery.  Wine tasting with sommelier and a deliciou Kakheti lunch.

We Сontinued transfer to Kahetia.

• 18:00 –Arrival to Kahetia and check in Zuzumbo Resort Hotel and Spa 4*
• 19:00 We have a short rest and here we are to learn how to cook shashlik. ( Master class) accompanied by a wine tasting.
  • 20:00 – Dinner at restaurant in Zuzumbo Hotel and Spa. Overnight at the hotel.

29/09 DAY  3 – Excursion to Tsinandali Park – visit to wine museum/ Shuamta Forest/ Visit to Ushikishvili winery/ Stay in Hotel in Kakheti

• Breakfast at the hotel
• Departure for Tzinandali . Tsinandali estate is not only a type of wine, but also a village where the luxurious estate of Kakhetian princes Chavchavadze is located. It was here that the first winery in the whole Alazan Valley started working. Before that, Kakhetians produced wine the old-fashioned way: in huge clay jugs – kvevri. The present Tsinandali Palace was built in the early 1820s by the famous Georgian poet and thinker Alexander Chavchavadze. Around the graceful mansion was laid out a regular park in English style with various rare plants such as palm trees and bamboo. The Marani winery deserves special attention. It is about the size of the mansion, and its cellars contain a unique collection of wine – a wine cellar with 20,000 bottles.
• 11:50 – A walk through the most beautiful forest – Shuamta Forest.
• 13:00 – a visit to a home winery. You will be able to take part in a master class on making a real clay kvevri. Master class – khinkali. Tasting of homemade wines. Lunch.
• On our way to the hotel, we visit Ikalto
• Return to the Hotel late afternoon and free time.
• 19:00 – Dinner at winery Shumi
• Overnight in Zuzumbo Resort Hotel and Spa.

30/09 DAY  4 – Rtveli/ Nekresi Monastery  / Gala Dinner in Mosmiery winery/ Stay in Kakheti

• Breakfast at the hotel
• 10:00 We begin the main Georgian holiday of fall – Rtveli. A celebration of the grape harvest.
• On our way you will visit Alaverdi Monastery.
• 11:30 grape harvest – Rtveli: Rtveli will be at a stunning winery – Ushikishvili.

Roll up our sleeves and join the ancient holiday of Rtveli! Experience, the pleasure of being part of this age-old tradition. Baskets for grapes will be given to everyone.  We send all our harvested crops to a special device for squeezing juice from grapes.

• We will also make the famous Georgian sweet chuchela. Bake Georgian bread – shotis puri. 

• Wine tasting accompanied by a professional sommelier.
• And return to the hotel.
• Free time
• 20:00 Gala dinner Mosmieri winery
• Overnight in Zuzumbo Resort Hotel and Spa.

01/10 Day 5 – Departure

• 08:00 Breakfast at the hotel
• Check out from Zuzumbo Resort Hotel and Spa.
• 8:20 Transfer to Tbilisi International airport making a stop for a snack on the way (3h)
• 13:45 Departure
